Skilledin links skills to careers. It shows the link from the curriculum to career opportunities - through film, different workplaces, courses, apprenticeships. Seeing skills come to life in this way inspires confidence and a vision of an achievable and interesting world of work. It’s useful for teachers in motivating students to learn, for students to see where their skills can take them and for employers to offer opportunities at the point when students’ interest is sparked!
